Q: I am nervous about ordering on the Internet. Is your site secure?

A: Yes! PayPal securely processes payments for Issist Assistive Technologies.


Q: Does that mean I need a PayPal account?

A: NO, You do not need a Paypal account. When you hit the “Buy Now” button you will be directed to paypal’s secure portal. Click on the “Don’t have a PayPal Account” link and use your credit/debit card to purchase your order.


Q: What different payment options do you offer?

A: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. And for mail orders, we accept personal checks and money orders. We accept Purchase orders from Institutions


Q: I do not want to put my credit card information over the Internet. Can I place my order another way?

A: Yes. If you would rather give your credit card information to a person, or you need assistance. Please call us toll-free at (888) 909-2544 and speak with our customer service representative. You can also mail your order to: 18 Grist Mill Drive, Georgetown, ON, L7G 6C2, Canada. Please send a money order or personal check with your order.


Q: Does Issist accept purchase orders?

A: Yes from schools, companies, institutions etc. Please call to speak with our sales department.


Q: Does Issist provide demo Cd’s and Drives?

A: Yes if you are a School/Company/Blind Institution/Reseller we provide free 30 day CD’s and USB’s (excluding shipping). We also sell CD's for $30 and USB's for $50.These CD's and USB's do not expire and are only for distributors/schools/companies for demonstration purposes. Q: How do I know if you received my order?

A: If you provide your email address when placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You may also call us toll-free (888) 909-2544 and speak with our customer service representative.


Q: What are you shipping options?

A: Standard shipments are sent by UPS. Second-day or overnight delivery is available at an extra charge, depending on the weight of the shipment (please call for pricing). We use Canada Post to ship within Canada


Q: How long does it normally take to ship?

A: We take 3 to 5 business days to process your order.


Q: How can I check on my order status?

A: We send you a tracking number for your order once it’s shipped
